We are pleased to recommend the following menus as an attractive and convienient method of economical catering. Merley put forward as suggestions. It should be emphasised that we are flexible in our approach to creating a menu to suit your individual catering requirements. You may prefer to state a price per head and leave it up to us to select a variety of the listed options. This has proved to be particularly successful when catering for large numbers or when catering or when ordering food for meedings held on consecutive days.

Unless otherwise requested, all buffets will include a balanced selection of meat and vegetarian items. Fruit juice and mineral water can be ordered and wine (with glass hire) can be arranged with sufficient notice. Paper plates and napkins will be supplied. Please retain all trays and creates on which your food is presented, for collection after your function or meeting, (a charge may be incurred for lost items). If you are interested in ordering a 'Fork' buffet or Canapes please telephone for details.

Please place your booking by telephone with a minimum of 48 hours notice, (final numbers can be confirmed within 24 hours notice). Follow this with a written confirmation via fax or e-mail, stating an official number, if applicable an address for invoice purposes.

Extras:-

As mentioned these menu's are only suggestion and can be adhered to or you can 'mix and match' to suit your taste.

Special dietary requirements can be catered for and would be served as an individual selection.

If you have a fixed budget we can design a menu to offer as much food and variety possible, the bigger the numbers the more variety.

If you would like something that is not mentioned above, ask us and we will endeavour to provide it for you, with maybe the exception of 'Puffer fish' or 'Ortolan'.

This Summer we have introduced a picnic service there is a menu available from the shop or by Fax. When you have 'picked your Picnic', let us know what day and time you require it and it will be ready for collection from the shop. They come in rather fetching lightweight coolbags with ice-packs which we ask you to return a.s.a.p. after your day out (small deposit required).

A hamper service is also available, baskets start from £25, using our interesting and unusual range of shelf produce!
